HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN THE SUN TODAY?

We know long-term sun exposure can be damaging to our skin, but a little bit of unprotected sunlight does have health benefits. Vitamin D, an essential nutrient for bone health, is made in our skin from sun exposure.  Skin type can vary, but BodyBank suggests at least 16 minutes/day of sunlight.
