Coordinator - Sign Up & More

Sign Up

  • The “Coordinator” is the staff member who creates the school code for all staff & students. This school code is to be shared by YOU to all students & staff participating in BodyBank — if you are NOT the coordinator, please follow the instructions to sign up for Students & Staff.

  • To begin as the coordinator, go to my.bodybank.co and click the gray tab to “Sign Up”

  • Next click the tab “Coordinator”

  • Type in your school name and create a 6-character school code that staff & students will use to sign up

  • Enter your info to create your own BodyBank Account, then click the green tab to “Create”

  • Proceed through payment flow

  • CONGRATS!!  You just created your BodyBank account and can now begin tracking your health!

  • Don’t forget to Add BodyBank to the Home Screen of your phone or tablet!

Schedule Interval Settings

  • As the BodyBank Coordinator for your school, you must set the active date range & points that need to be earned

  • Once in your BodyBank Account, click on the drop down menu in the top left corner

  • Under Coordinator Use, click on “Schedule Interval Settings” — if you don’t see it, you may need to log out and log back in

  • Enter a start and stop date for the interval in which your school will be participating in BodyBank (i.e., semester, quarter, etc.)

  • You may create multiple interval dates, but only one can be active at any one time

  • Designate the number of points that need to be earned during the active interval dates

  • Click to “Create” then you will see your schedule listed

Select Staff

  • As the BodyBank Coordinator for your school, you must designate all staff members

  • Once in your BodyBank Account, click on the drop down menu in the top left corner

  • Under Coordinator Use, click on “Staff & Students” — if you don’t see it, you may need to log out and log back in

  • You will see a list of everyone at your school who has created a BodyBank Account (this list also includes each user’s email which can assist in password reset help)

  • In the right-hand column, toggle to the right to select all staff members at your school

  • They will now have access to see student points

See Staff & Student BodyBank Points

  • As the BodyBank Coordinator for your school, you have access to see both staff & student points (staff can only see student points)

  • Once in your BodyBank Account, click on the drop down menu in the top left corner

  • Under Coordinator Use, click on “Staff Points” — this will show you which staff members have earned BodyBank points for the current interval dates (if you don’t see it, you may need to initially log out and then log back in)

  • Under Staff Use, click on “Student Points” — this will show you which students have earned BodyBank points for the current interval dates (if you don’t see it, you may need to initially log out and then log back in)
